my baby is 4 months old . he was all good till evng today & now at 11 I saw some black some on his one hand and 1 leg . please tell me what is this ? should I & consult a doctor ?

A. please consult your doctor for this then only the correct diagnosis and treatment sukggestion is possible after clinical examination and knowing complete history. its very difficult to comment here . .
