my baby is 4 months old he is taking nanpro formula milk from starting earlier he poops tight yellow color but from last one month poops in greenish color why I'm so worried about it

A. Hi dear mom Green colour stool is normal in babies due to the iron fortified formula milk. So no need to worry if ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, and accepting the feeds. Take care and good luck
