A. An infantile heamangioma is a type of birthmark. It happens when a tangled group of blood vessels grows in or under a baby's skin. It's usually noticed in the first few days to months of life. Most infantile hemangiomas grow larger at first, and then slowly go away

A. C4 redness you can use calamine lotion onto that area and if the blood vessels are visible very prominently then it’s better for you to get it checked with your doctor whatever is required doctor would guide you accordingly
