Q.

my baby is 4 months old. Can I use play mat because he is struggling to roll over on the mattress??? .Please suggest a good quality Play mat

A. You should check online or at a physical store for a good play mat otherwise if it suits you get a small size mattress and put it on the floor and keep your child on that that is going to be better better because it is very thin ultimately the child will have trouble because of the floor is hard but for the matter the child would rather be more comfortable
