Q.

My baby is 4 months old and he poops several times in a day and it is semi liquid with mucus and it also smells sometimes is it normal??

A. It could be due to a stomach infection that your child is having so I would advise you to kindly go ahead with consulting a paediatrician regarding the situation if any medication of course of antibiotics would be required they will advise you accordingly
