my baby is 4 months old and he is doing less urine 3 times a day. is it normal

A. this is a sign of dehydration maintain good room temperature feed the baby at frequent intervals. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
