My baby is 4 months old and has less hair on his head. Is it normal? Should I eat something for my baby's hairgrowth?

Yes it's normal
As hair growth and pattern is somewhat haridatory trait.
For Good hair growth :
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.
Give her citrus fruits , probiotics and millet's
