Q.

my baby is 4 months his weight is 6 kg is it correct and why my baby is not taking feeds before nap he takes feeds only he goes to sleep.

A. You’ll have to check it as per the birthdate of the child a minimum gain or 4 to 500 g is considered ideally very good for a child to gain every month so looking at the current weight it seems good but you have to check it as per the birth weight of the child
