my baby is 4 months and 10 days old he is having stool of ash colour and green colour always he also vomits milk after drinking if he is awake mostly all the time he is having only formula milk kindly suggest some remedies

A. I would request you to please try to consult with your pediatrician at the same thing as if the child is suffering from stomach infection usually green colour motion indicates that there is some sort of infection
