my baby is 4 months 25 days old he is having mucus in poop what will be the reason of it ?

Sometime when the child is having cold or congestion you can often see that a childhood show mucus into the poop and sometimes if there is no problem yet if the mucus is coming then there may be a possibility of our stomach infection in that case please take an advice with your doctor
