Q.

my baby is 4 month old we did vaccine of 14 weeks before 6 days.. the injected area is still red in color and swelling is there.. what to do. how long it take to recover..

A. It Mostly is going to settle down within a day or two but if it has not settled till now then I would advise you to consult your paediatrician ones the doctor is going to help you with that I’m sure they’ll advise you with a better idea for this

Q. Every time Iy baby was vaccinated, my baby care taker advised me to rub the injected area so that there is no inflammation/swelling and it did work as care taker claimed. But recently, I was told by someone that any vaccine when given, the Area should not be massaged or rubbed. If swelling occurs then should keep ice. Is It really bad to rub the injected area post vaccination for babies?
