my baby is 4 month 1.what kind of ceral can we give rice ceral or wheat ceral or fruit flavour cerals 2. at what age can we start ragi sari

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. 1) you can start cerelac after 6 month of age.
2) ragi sari is also good to give after 6 month. No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months.
