My baby is 3months old she is passing motion once in every 2 or 3days realising smelly gas what could be the reason please tell me

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 5 m old girl4 years agoA. At present for gastric i'm giving her that, Cyclopam drops and neopeptine drops so as u suggested for collimax i shall try it too??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. constipation in small babies lesser than 6 month of age is very common and is more common when you are giving formula feeding iiun such a case you can give Himalaya bonnisan drops three times a day to your child and give frequent feeding usually medicines or suppositories are avoided in such a case and constipation of few days can be considered as normal. kjif the baby is having gastric pain you can give collimax drops.if you need to give any enzyme preparation to your child you can consult doctor
