Q.

My baby is 3months old. Most of the times when I put her to sleep she sleeps but in 1-2 minutes rubs her hands over her eyes and wakes up herself and starts crying. This happens mostly in the night . I keep the room dark. How can I prevent that and help her have a good night sleep.

A. good morning a very good technique is to make sure that you massage your baby on a daily basis at night before putting the child to bed it will help to relax the child as a result the child will sleep
