Q.
my baby is 3months old..her poop is yellow and very little amount black like 2 or 3 drop..what is the reason and is it dangerous??

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 3 months of age if you are giving your baby only mothers feeding there is no need to worry about the consistency frequency of the stool baby is passing

Give adequate feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
