my baby is 3months 10days old she is giving social smile but she is not giving smile while iam playing with her, she can smile on her own is this problem? or its a normal

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. sometimes babies just look off into the great nothing because their brains are working around the clock, growing and learning new things. They might look disconnected — and smiling about it — but really, there's a lot going on in there.
