my baby is 3 yrs old she is suffering from loose motions what should I give her in medicine as well as food

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting aynd its gknown as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Entrogermina Is going to be good for loose motion issues but at the same time I can definitely tell you that you should take a guidance from your doctor is well because a lot of times you never know why this is happening so once you know it will be easier and convenient for you to go ahead with a better medication if required and asked for the issue what ever is prevailing you can work over that as well
