My baby is 3 years and 5 months old but not speaking full sentences.Whom should I approach ?

Speaking well as of now need not worry about it the framing of sentences can happen over the period so in this case I don’t think so you need to consult a doctor but if your child is not speaking well enough or there is a delay then consult a speech therapist
