my baby is 3 year old she has 100.5 F fever how many ml of dolo 250 should I give her please suggest me doctor we got doctor appointment in the evening so please suggest me

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. you have to give paracetamol for fever as well as pain according to the weight of the child as well as according to the strength of paracetamol medicine you are having.
there are different strength of paracetamol available in the market that is it may be in the drops formulation which might be having power of 100 mg or or 125 mg or 150 mg in each 1ml.
in syrup formulation paracetamol has xgot different powers like 120/ 25mg and 240/ 250 mg in each 5ml.
so the doctor will calculate the dosage according to the power and weightx of the child.
paracetamol can be given max 4 times per day
