my baby is 3 year old now..she is not having milk cow milk since she has born..bcoz I want to her to be vegan...but I want to ask whether from where she will get protein and calcium???what are the sources??

A. From the initial time of birth you cannot give animal milk to the child anyways it can only be given after the age of one year and I would not advise you to decide yourself whether you want your child to be vegan or not it is going to be your child’s choice because if you decide that right now I think you are going to limit a lot of stuff for your child at the age of growth
