my baby is 3 year old. can we give egg to him. which part of egg is given. white or yellow part.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you can give the whole egg to your baby. Give little amount in beginning and see how baby tolerates it. Always give well cooked egg because it increases the digestibility and any microbes if present will be destroyed.

Yes you can give egg to your three years old baby. Now you baby three years old so you should just try to give daily routine food to your baby because there are no food restrictions and you can add anything in babies regular diet plan. Baby should take at least four meals in a day
