my baby is 3 months old she is vaccinated and having 100 temp what medicine I need to give and how much ml I should give

A. when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever. give paracetamol drops 100mg 0.6ml

A. Calpol drops you can give five drops one time and then you can repeat it again after six hours if it is needed at the temperature rises as that is how you are meant to give medication for fever to your child along with that if the fever is more you can always do corresponding to reduce down the temperature
