My baby is 3 months old. I had to give formula initially a lot which i slowly weaned off and now give 1 time or 2 times in a day. My baby poops only after formula feed and rarely with breastfeeds. Why so?

A. Hai good morning !! Some breast feed babies completely absorbs all nutrients from breast milk and poops irregular 2-4 or even more its also fine until 5-6 months. Where as formula feed babies poop normally and pees a lot compared to breast feed ones. Its ok to poop irregular if baby is actively taking feed with no gas,tight tummy issues,hard stools. Just give a tummy massage with warm castor oil or coconut oil for 3-5 minutes .
