My baby is 3 Months old , currently her weight is 4.5kg it's not increasing , using Breastfeeding only.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, weight of 4.5 kg is a normal weight for 3 months old baby, do not worry. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. That’s the most healthy way to gain weight. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
