my baby is 3 months completing now, she is on brest milk but she is not gaining much weight for 15 days only 250 to 300g increasing. she is passing 12 to 15 times urine, 1 time motion per day. how to increase her weight shall I start solid food otherwise if I can give formula milk.

A. give motehrmilk only. Mother feeding should be exclusively till 6 month of ageif possible. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .
