Q.
My baby is 3 months 15 days old........from last two days she is spitting up milk even after burp......what should be the reason.....we have decreased the feed also......Doc suggested us domperidone drops......but it should be used SOS......now she is frequently spitting the milk.....what should i do??? #asktheexperts

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, burp baby in sitting position, it is much more effective. Keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach and reduce the chances of vomit. If baby is passing urine more than 6 to 8 times in 24 hours then baby is receiving adequate feed.
