My baby is 3 month old and popoping for a gap of 4 to 5 days but constantly committing please give me a solution

A. Emset five drops you can give to control vomiting and constipation is normal in this age impact in this age a child can go without pooping for 10 to 15 days also at a stretch which is considered very normal if the child is comfortable so don’t worry about that
