my baby is 3 month 3 days old but once or twice a day voice coming from his chest is it normal or there is something to worry about.....

See till that time proper assessment is not done we cannot give your confirmation on that if you’re hearing this kind of a sound maybe there is some kind of congestion developing which is why it is mile and less right now so take a check with your doctor for better clarity on the situation
