Q.

my baby is 3 month 21 days old..she is making eye contact n smile back at certain times but does not make coo sounds..if I trying to tlak with her she do nly smile not responding with sounds

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and she would have started making voubling sounds bye this age otherwise you should consult with ENT specialist for hearing test and vocal cord examination
