my baby is 3.5 months old and he is not sleeping at night.he use to sleep around 5 AM plz help what to do?

A. baby is 3 month follow a routine Sleep patterns varies among babies it will take time for the sleep cycle to set maintain calm and warm environment turn off the lights massage the baby gently to sleep feed before bed
