My baby is 3.5 month baby is formula feed he poop one day gap and he’s poop is like clay

A. hello breastfed baby will have lesd easte n can go wothout passi g notiin for a week n if baby is not paassing motion even after a week is a cincern n clay like motion if frequeny is better to chk ur doctor
