my baby is 3.4 years she understands every thing but she is unable to talk is there any way to make her talk?

A. I think it would be good for you to consult a speech therapist now because they can tell you there there is a delay delay in the speech of the child and according to that whatever would be good to be done for your child or doctor would be able to give you proper guidance on that
