my baby is 2yr and 10 months old.. he is frequently having worm problem..when should we give Him worm medicine.. what should be the gap..

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly give syrup albendazole 10 ml to the child at night (first dose) and 10ml after 14 days and if the problem still continues meet your doctor and get a stool examination which will help in dciagnosis.
very important to maintain hygiene of the food as well as the the hygiene of the hands and everything which goes inside the mouth of the child otherwise the worms problemc will occur again and again.
can be repeated every 6months if required.
final decision will bev taken by dr who will tell you if it is needed by your child or not.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning usually this process has to be defeated at an interval of every 8 to 10 months accordingly I will recommend you to make sure that you try to give give deworming medicine to the child at regular intervals
