My baby is 2years 7months old.. Can I give him complan with milk?? pls suggest me

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is a type of milk supplement and can be given to the child only if the child is deficiency in nutrition otherwise if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any milk supplements

instead of giving any commercial food products,it is better to prefer homemade or natural things like
you can offer kesar milk, fig milkshake, milk with honey,milk with dry fruits powder etc
it is safe and hygienic
