my baby is 29 days old..in the umbilical area, there is a small tail like skin..my doctor told that it's like umbilical hernia, will it goes?

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessmvent is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly andh will guide you accordingly for this .
