my baby is 23 months old but he can't speak also his daily Activities are slow down

A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simgiiple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly. if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. See if the child is understanding everything well and responding well then speech is not a problem as a speech can be better over the period and sometimes kids are slow on understanding which is why they can be delayed into the doing those task just to be on the safer side I think it’s better to check with your doctor one time
