my baby is 23 months and he speaks only few words like mamma dadda ajja jana .is it ok or should I need to worry?

A. he is very good in other milestones .he also speaks few words .

A. Hai good evening!! What about other milestones, cognitive skills..? Eye contact, identifying colours, responding to commands, responding to questions ..!! If you observe any delay in Milestones not responding to name, simple commands ,no eye contact then consult developmental pediatrician or speech therapist for assessment.
