My baby is 22 months old and constipated heavily. We have to use suppository sometimes to make her poop . Please suggest some home remedies to solve her constipation troubles.

A. I would suggest you to decrease the amount of milk in his diet give him adequate amount of water whole grain food fruits and vegetables and avoid the things that are made of wheat flour
