Apply Something bitter onto that area so whenever your child estate find it better and will automatically giving you may have to repeat this exercise several times on both of the sides but gradually over the period this will work and also if you need to you can consult your gynaecologist that you need to take which will reduce down the flow over the period and will try and completely without any hassle
