Q.

My Baby is 20days old and he is spitting out milk after every feed. We are feeding him at incline position and he doing some burping also. Can I give him gripe water or colic aid ? How many times can I give it as he is spitting milk out after every feed ? His tummy is also tight

A. no need to give gripe water. spitting milk is common in babies.
