my baby is 20 months old,his weight is 11.750kg,he is well fed and breast fed well,but he's getting thinner and lighter week by week,is it a serious problem?he can't gain weight

Your child is having a very positive weight gain I don’t know how do you feel your child is getting thinner and lighter day but I didn’t fact you should feel the weight is very good if you’re facing any issue please check with your paediatrician regarding that
