In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is donegu to find out the exact caufse so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate prfoperly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Consult your child's doctor for evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor's advice. Good luck and take care
