my baby is 2 yr 2 months .. at what age i should be enrolled her in play school??

Can enrol the child into playgroup and after the age of 2 1/2 years because that’s the right is to enrol a child and after that your child is going to have a per KG and KG and then First by the age of five years because nursery has to be in for years of age
