my baby is 2 years old and his teeth broken down automatically i mean little portion of teeth broken again its happen with second teeth what should i do

A. it might be due to cavities. please visit a dentist and get a proper clinical examination and treatment done. do not ignore this as the milk teeth are as important as the permanent teeth

Hello, If your child's tooth gets chipped or broken, whether it's a baby tooth or a permanent tooth, it is very important to call their pediatric dentist right away and schedule an emergency appointment. If it's after business hours and it's more than a very minor chipped tooth, go to your nearest hospital's emergency room
