my baby is 2 year old...the colour of poop is black. is it serious or normal?

it happens because of food reaction or iron drops or infection
so please keep an eye on your child diet
and remove food which causes it
keep your child well hydrated
and if there is other symptoms like frequent stomach pain, nausea, dazzineess, low appetite etc then please visit your pediatrician
