A. Was any scan done? Is there any granuloma Or a umbilical sinus? If there is repeated spotting then it is better to evaluate it further and find out the underlying cause

A. To stop a toddler's belly button bleeding, hold a piece of clean gauze gently but firmly over the belly button area. A doctor should evaluate any bleeding that does not stop with gentle pressure. Also apply tbact ointment regularly
