my baby is 2 months old, passing green watery mucus stool, already passed 4- 5 times in a day already. what cpuld be the reason?

A. Hello my dear parent! Is your child having cold or cough symptoms? Try giving indirect steam inhalation twice daily. Consult your doctor for a personal diagnosis and seek advice. Continue with breastfeeding. Good luck and take care
