My baby is 2 months old but not responding by expressions Is it normal ?

A. At this age kids don’t even have proper vision to respond to anything after three months you will definitely see a lot of brighter changes into your child because after the age of three months you see the child is going to have its vision is a social smile responding to sounds are going to be much better
