Q. #AskTheExpert my baby is 2 months old. 6weeks vaccine was given on Dec 12th i.e., IPV, Pentavalent, Rotavirus and PCV13. now at 10weeks prescribed vaccine date was 12th jan. can we take that vaccine on jan 9th? bcoz jan 12th was saturday and in govt hospitals vaccine will be given only on Wednesdays.

A. Hi. yes you can....there is no harm... But don't postpone d scheduled vaccines unnecessarily unless there is a reason like baby is ill or any other allergy reason. However, it is strongly recommended to follow the proper time schedule suggested by the doctors.

A. It will be good that you should do or not to go for early vaccination for the baby which are given in the first six months for the baby instead you should try to stick to the same schedule or one-day later you can
