Yes, he is active and is also releasing urine properly..is it nothing to worry about?
And can we give him breastfeed and formula?

vcd. some baby will be passing very loose motions event 10 to 12 times per day in first 3 to 4 months of age no need to worry if the baby is having proper weight gain passing urine at least 8 to 10 times

Loose motions are considered normal in this age is not a problem with the medicines are not helping and you feel the consistency still lose or your child is facing any kind of discomfort because of that then in that case you can go for a stool test for better clarity
